Is there a way to put some kind of grass or change the highway texture so it has grass instead of normal ground that you can see on the pic..?

try cleaning the surface.. plainly water works fine..

For example with Jeronij's concrete walls you can find a file that is called: AA01 DW Cemento Menu divider 01_10ee8bfd.SC4Lot and it is placed at the top and after that all the other files follow.. after that wall style another divider comes and so on.. what is it that makes the divider to come where it is? Is it the AA01?

For Jeronji's wall textures you have menu dividers in the list.. that is what im referring to.. if I could do more of those but custom made, it would be awsome!

Not always do people care about what others have learned, they just wanna do something so the focus leaves from the American society (the religion - most of all) will be ignored, even if it's just for a day or two . A good comparison is the space race between US and Russia.. Russia failed in that, but the Arabic society hasn't failed in this - yet. Besides, we are talking about a society filled with men at the ruling posts - you expect something else? Let the boys play and learn...

I would like to know how to make a working transit line for the buses..? Doesnt matter what I place and how I place it, I always get the advice that a particular bus stop is ineffective.. Richard

I can't seem to get the walls to be used in the game.. Ive installed the props and the textures but am I missing something else? Do they need to be placed under a special folder or something?

Ive put 8,2 for IHT, 7,5 for IM and 6,9 for DI - mainly because they are my favorite numbers Havent fixed the taxes for R or C yet..

those road and rail plopps, what are those for? why not use the road and rail that comes with the game? those menu dividers are sweat.. how can I use them to divide other stuff in my 250mb of downloaded files?

i seem to have desc and model files but I cant seem to find a single lot file.. weird that they didnt come with the installation file.

why do the game have to be focused into a new direction? the direction was fine as it was.. there are some screenshots that people have made that would look awsome for the new game.. someone changed the street lights with orange and made the screenshot look very much real, so real I almost believed it was a fly over view.. THAT is what scs/sc5 should be about. changing the direction to a more sims game can be done in the next game.. -
gonna try the mod, but what about the background for the region view.. I know the "Background3D#.png" files under the game folder but I still seem to have the regional view as default while when Im in a city I got my own backgrounds..
