I think what he means is some people are in betas to get paid. And, if they don't get paid, they don't want to be in. But, if it's a good game, who cares if your paid? -

Well, if you're saying that cause you played the beta, and gave up, then you don't know what the game is like now. It has improved a great deal, and will continue to improve after release. Yes, pre-order is not the best idea, but it's not horrilble. Keeping your residents happy is just like a REAL city, so that part is ok. -

Yes, bascially, you have to have 2 roads with el rail. Or you could make on the border of your city.
