ugh alright i have messed up and you guys are right no body will join me unless ive got credibility and Sky-City is at a standstill and will be for the next 2 years or so sorry to the other 2 guys that wanted to join also i have tried to accomplish to much and will stick with 1 goal and that will be Create 50-100 new UDI Models which will be challenging epecially to get them all to run at once hah lol well it will be a rough go Also thanks for that uhm how to say Contructive critisism it really showed me what i was doing . . . . . . alright time to go start doing these UDI's and i wont let it come to replacing old models no its going to add models and hopefully add icons with there pictures if i can figure that out ill share it With SimFanatik the only UDI Model Maker atm Sorry to all and Thanks to some

Sneak Peak on the Project - Based off of a Architect show on discovery channle from about 6 months ago the project is called sky-city there ultimate goal is to build a city 100% in the air that uses renewable fuel and is self suffiecent allowing for more green space on the earth , lowering tempatures back to the original climate , and to let animals and life be on there own undisterbed by humanity. The Dominate race at the moment. Our First Bat takes us into the most real project of SKY-City because it is to be built in 2015 in tokoyo and be finished by 2020. This Building is 100% self Suffiecent allows for more green space and lowers pollution. Being built of recycled materials and having power plants , waste disposal , farms , industry , water treatment , housing , entertainment its a city compact in to a height rasing tower. The Tower is so big that it is 2x the height of the largest tower. it has transportation like trains and monorails and cars , plains and helicopters. For the Modelers weve found a mdoel made by the actual company that you can see a full 360 image of the skycity and its qualitys hopefully you would like to join

Well i did enjoy those buildings but this one will be real in just a few years ........ so i would really like to add it to game it really is a cool thing and is quite surprising if you dont like the idea im sorry but i would really like a team of Modelers and Coders to make this work please anyone who has expeirence and is willing to work with me and other people Thank you to anyone that helps in the effot to create SKY City sorry the pictures are quite blurry but nothing i can do

Alright so i love discovery channel and have come upon an idea that would make the game more interesting for one who does not cheat at it this building has never been built and is due to be tryed in year 2015 quite a big challenge comes ----------------------------------------------------------------SKY CITY ----------------------------------------------------------------------- this was a special on TV just about 6 months ago before i had found Simtropolis and this building is supposed to be self sufficient with low risk of failure , made of special crystallized concrete it could last hundreds of years without repair. Being self sufficient it has its own industry, fire, police, and healthcare along with powerplants , water , and waste disposal and more . . . . reducing ground space and pollution it allows for more greenery . . . . . its made of 3 towers consisting of 14 platues of buildings on each tower the towers lean at an angle away from the center . . . . 1/4 up is a entertainment area (sports) at the very top is heli porst and small but sufficient runways, broadcast towers exctra ! Being big Enough to house all of Tokyo and imploy all of tokyo and other neiboring commuters it seems like nothing can be wrong . . . . .. Now for the Challenge i am new to battings and dont have the current skills for this project would anyone like to become a team with me . . . . i am great for doing the art work (photoshop cs4) and would love a team/ partner or even a long term team of modders to join. Do you hate those nasty little blocks that you flie your plains over or see as you zoom out to look at your city well if you havent already relized this they are a simple yet effective mod simply follow my instructions -Programs Needed- 1. PhotoEditor (photoshop , paint) Step 1 - go to C:/programfiles/maxis/simcity4deluxe/plugins you should see 5 black image files click one of them and it should come up then right click on the picture and select Edit then you selected PhotoEdit should come up find a nice patern and change the picture to that repeated patern do the same partern for each backround picture in you plugins folder then load the game once , exit the game , then load it again go into a new city zoom out and you should see the new backround it should apply to all citys,regions for mine i just did rolling plains that just look like flowing hills of green following the Sim City Look

Well i would like to make more Boats , Planes as i see we already have a great UDI Car maker but for favorites i would really like to make jets, airliners, private jets, Carriers, fighter planes, alien Aircraft, and much more based off of actual planes but . . . . . ive read some posts and it seems as though you need something different then the BAT editor and GMAX and it would take some coding if im not correct so please if sombody would inform me on these items,codes i need . . . i would greatly appriecate it

It says i need Gmax . . . . . to install the BAT program where can i find the GMAX program thanks in advance and to others who haave already replied

you could cheat even though its lame and uneeded but do this to remove the power and water need hit CTRL+X a box will appear type - fightthepower hit CTRL+X a box will appear type - howdryiam

Hey well i was hoping what you said was true but even after i cleared my cookies , restarted browser ,Computer , and the process itself it seems this just wasent meant to be lol if anyone could post the files on rapidshare or megaupload that would be a huge help because i am determined to (dramatic pause)------------------------------------------(dramatic pause) build a set of 50 UDI Veihicles becuase the ones they give you tick me off.. .. .. . .. .. .. .. .. . . .. . ... and i mean completely new like some more Airplanes and some Military Helicopters and 4-5 buildings that allow you to get them for instance for cars . . . . a Car Dealer Ship . .. . . . . . . and for planes . . . . Aircraft Hanger .. . .. .. .. . .. . . and for Boats well id call it a Ship-Yard but whatevers good .. . . . . and of course for those fancy foreign sports cars ewww. . . . they'd by fast and furious and sold by small Indoor glass dealerships and some more motorcycles would be nice and why cant you ride bikes and stuff what do people have against them my goal by the end of this summer is to release a 100 UDI Sims City 4 Deluxe Car Patch would may or may not happen but i am pretty determined (sorry for ramblin)

Thanks for the info and i wont get discouraged i love learning] Edit - This is ticking me off i cant register at EA for some reason it keeps sayiing feilds are not filled and i go down the thing clear it and start over hit it again and it loads after 5 mins and says all fields are clear there screwing me over man im telling yall

well ive got some pretty cool ideas for some buildings that could really change the game expeirence like adding new Sky Scrapers,Entertainment (movie theaters,carnivals,amusement parks,Bowling allies) and more but first off i need to know what exactly you must have to make any of these id also try to make some UDI Vehicles for game . . . . . this site really inspired me and now i need some help
