I guess it's hometown bias but I always though Singapore has a beautiful skyline that's sadly under-represented here.

Hi all, sorry if this has been posted before. I'm having trouble placing cosmetic puzzle pieces directly before, during or after a transition. For example, from a RHW 6C to 8C transition, somehow I can get the cosmetic piece to work on one side of the highway but not the other, and I can't place arrows or markings directly after the transition. The same happens for exit ramps. Any help would be much appreciated!

There are also not many cultural centers, especially Asian ones, available and as this is one of the newest and iconic concert halls around, it would make a good addition to any city.
