I'm much the same. Just knocked down a load of residential to build a nuclear powersewage/water pump complex. Am now losing 14k on tax alone but selling processors easily makes up for it. Got 3 mill in the bank and not much to spend it on.

Sounds like you're making a profit.. whats the problem? I expect the tax vs spend to be negative and covered by trade.
