    There are mods for it in the mods section. They let you build pedestrian footpaths and service roads.

    I'm guessing you just stack the classrooms and demolish the lower ones, and then stack more on top.
  4. It'd be nice if the expenses map would also show income. Are the expenses hourly or daily/monthly?
  5. Just the servers fluffing up like they always do. You could try restarting it by going to settings (top right button labelled •••) > Gameplay > Getting Started Otherwise, try selecting a different server in the launcher window before you click play.

    Use the land value data overlay, and place each park on the edge of the other's influence.works for me.
