Indeed this is a very useful, if somewhat common tool. However this pack represents more than most as it seems to have all the angles covered (:D) Can the Residents behind said stop not actually access the road/stop or is it a game-design bug (they can get to road but game thinks it is a bug?) Obviously the Zots are the -2 along with the commonality. Its not ground breaking so doesn't deserve a 10/10, compared NAM which is much bigger. Thanks,
