Sorry for the delay with the new update of the Journal, but I was passing the famous red tape, which nevertheless still exists in the world. Well, I was chosen to direct, as you know, the Andrew's Region. This region is completely blank, how can we say about those lands that do not have any kind of development, with notable exception of the development on the region's first batch of workers by KP3184-01 (yes, those 18,000,000). Now I'm officially the owner of those lands.

This morning, on 15/01/2046, I received the first pictures of my land. Obviously not all show because they are top secret, but I can show the construction of ships that will carry the materials for the construction of KP3184-02:

As you can see, its development is being extended.

Something I can show them is also the first development in my city, which calls iff Delaware (temporarily). That'll show them is unique, and no one else on the planet knows.

The power line, that will connect the entire planet:

The Avenues (in particular that will cross the whole country) and their crosses:

The bullet train line, linking the entire planet:

The Power Plants of NEIG, created to supply an entire city of 4,000,000 inhabitants. They function on the basis of ultra-violet and solar:

And finally, the construction of an office building high-income and first seat of NEIG on the planet. Is called NEIG 01:

By the way, I would like to acknowledge the contributions of you, dear readers of my City Journal, to its development.

Thanks.

That second to last picture of the building reminds me of the Chicago Spire, which I think has been on hold from construction due to the economic problem.
