    i have tried some tutorials here, and at a moment, when it comes to zoning, they tell you to hold down Ctrl so you can size and orientate the parcel. well i certainly do that, but nothing happens. when i put industrial all the lots merge into a giant one, making small 1x1 factories to appear, instead of bigger ones as expected. is this featured exclusive of Rush hour? becuase i dont have the expansion...

    ok thanks, i'm gonna get rush hour tomorrow. i was doing the "making money the easy way" tutorial from the omnibus, and at a point he can put arrows to industrial, why?
