The only competition I could see would be to build a region with X amount of inhabitants using no cheats/downloads of any kind. Could take it one step further and compare $, $$, $$$

So I've been looking at Schulmania on the city jounal page (great effort man if you read this) and I decided to use the same mods listed for my own attempt at a decent city (which isn't going all that well but thats another story). I cannot find Toroca Services Doubler so I have huge coverage but the buildings cannot support the demand placed on them. Anyone have this or any other sort of mod that does the same thing? Thanks

Hi all, Thank you to all who make this game better with BATS . Anyway, I have a poor section of my city I wanted to dirty up a bit. I did a quick search and couldn't find anything. I wanted some trash lots, like a 1x1 with garbage in it to plunk down in some open squares. Anything like that here? I did a quick search, could only find waste management items. Lot doesn't have to help or hurt, just want something to add a bit of dirt to my poorer sections. Thanks.
