Fererra is a CJ I'm starting. I will begin to post pics once it reaches 1,000,000 (not the region polution, just the main city) So you might have a few days of waiting, but thats ok. Here is some information and estimates by local developers. Region Name: Fererra City 1 Name: Fererangrad (fur-rer-in-grod) Estimated 50 year growth: 20,000 people City 2 Name: Nachengrad (nosh-in-grod) Story: Fererra is a quickly growing Russian state far of from Moscow, and just north of Mongolia. Luckily for the people, this city is mainly free of Communist reach, giving it freedom to grow, and thus attracting many people to move here. Fererra began in 1975, and was constructed by the order of Nikita Kruschev to prove that a democratic sate would thrive better than a communist state. He was correct. Fererra is a quicly growing city, and already stands at 200,000, and due to the recent economic boom, the populas grows quickly. The new "Prime Minister" Vladimir Putin threatens this town. The Russian Parliment is just a smoke-screen for communism, and Putin sees this city as a growing problem..... Will it survive? And if Putin tries to stop it..... will the citizens call for a revolution, and hopefully put a final end to Communist russia? We'll see....... That one building, I forgot what it's called, but when your Commercial office is way high on demand, you'll see those "Lendi Entertainment" skyscapers or whatever they are called. Entertainment something or other.

Theres going be a delay; My game runs very slow even on low detail, so Im finally getting a graphics card today. I can finally enjoy all my games. Stay tuned; Update 1 is coming you way very soon.

yeah, have a city full of dirty industry and low wealth, or better yet, have a high wealth city in one tile, and make the neighboring city full of dirty industry...... You dont have to have dirty and residential in the same city.

Alright, I got this idea- this could help people looking for certain buildings..... It might take a little work to gather all the URLs but please participate if you'd like. What I'm trying to do here is have people submit a small list (but can be as long as you want) of all the urls of buildings you like that you downloaded from the stex. Here is the criteria: -all URLs in any given list must be related (i.e. One list could include all industrial lots, another modd downloads.) So do whatever..... again this could help people buidling certain areas. I myself am having trouble finding good industrail buidlings, someone lese may be having trouble finding good residential. Just go ahead and share your favorite STEX lot downloads. Thanks -Cumodious

I see this type of "urban highway" alot it's black and it looks like a texture mod to the origional highway. Here is an example (I credit this pick to the "Greater Terran City" by Haljackey. If you know where to find this highway mod or whatever it is, I would highly prefer that you PM me, thank's for any help.

Intro Rayford is a small mountain community nestled in the Jeggar Mountains. This city journal will follow the growth of this small town which may one day become a well-sized city. Seen here, Rayford is a small community, already growing into a successful city. The growth expands into a small industrial port and minor sunurbs trickling out into the hills og the Jeggar Mountains. Soon, a McDonalds moves to town. Here, you can see it spreading it's typical fascist propoganda. (kidding) Here is a labled version of the neighborhoods in Rayford. This is the end of update 1. I am looking forward to giving you update 2, and givie me any constructive-critisism you'd like.
