Okay guys... LOL ... I did it =)) I've got it!! ... hm, yeah - the problem was geniuine updates ..!! I took some time and had it installed all of them - and now most of stuff work fine... Some, however still doesn't but those are some strange... okay, stop the lynch! must disappoint you - my SC4 Deluxe is bought in the store, payed with real money - my lack of English is the problem :\\ My version of the SC4 is not geniuine according to all these stuff listed here https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=22&threadid=108100&enterthread=y I don't have all these stuff installed ... that's why I said "geinuine"? ?"?!?!?! .. I mean, what's the word? what's the opposite word of "update" .. Okay, thank you guyz. I'll try what you've suggested... Doesn't work. ... okay, let me put this issue this way... I'll explain what do I do and then - please, can you just tell me where did I went wrong? Btw... why can't I attach photos to my post here on forum ;( Anywayz... here's what I do.... 1. I go to this web-site https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=22&threadid=108100&enterthread=y 2. Click on "ST Exchange", and then this appears https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/ 3. Then there's this very simple explanation what I'm supposed to do... (which I follow, but somehow I fail) .. :\ https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=23106 4. So pretty much my only option is to download file, read the comments and to read the descritpion... I usually do all of it and then click DOWNLOAD 5. I takes around 30sec (or less, but this one is big one - 4,5MB) to download it ... so I wait a bit 6. When I open the file, there are 3 files inside: CO$$$6_10x5_SEV_Grow_b5ebe834.SC4Lot (42KB) Plop_CO$$$_SEV_d52a60fb.SC4Lot (38KB) SimFox_SEV_Building_DarkNite.SC4Model (4,34MB) 7. Since they're zipped, I unzip them either to my folder I usually have it on DESKTOP (sc4plugins) or I have'em unzipped directly to my (C>>Program Files>>Maxis>>Sim City 4 Deluxe>>Plugins 8. So I do "extract all" and by all I mean this thing here: C:\Users\Robert\Documents\Downloads\SimFox_MoscowSEV_Building_DarkNi 9. Once they're extracted... I consider it finished... I go to the game, but I never find what I want so, I've got a few more question, that just might be the problem, but I'm not really sure... so... 1. I run SimCity on 64-bit windows, could that be the problem? 2. my SC4 Deluxe is not a genuine one -.-' is that a problem? 3. Should I restart my computer? 4. Should I start playing in new region? 5. Any other suggestions? .... and yeah, I think I've tried already 3rd and 4th things... but any So... I hope you are following me now =) PLEASE! well... I'd like to attach pictures of what I'm talking about, but it won't let me... this files I've downloaded from this website are no .jpg .. I mean ... I just wanna know what are the usual steps? can someone just like explain it in a few steps...?? so that I can see which one of those I've skipped ... tnx :\

1. Hello and thank you for info so far. 2. I went to "st exchange" and downloaded the pictures of new items. I'd put photos, but it won't let me :\. It's said you're supposed to put those things in plugins (previously unzipped it or something...) and you're ready to go ... but it's not that way... 3. Okay, won't happen again. --- question: how to run this things?

So, I've downloaded plugin... erm, extracted it in plugin folder... and still I can't find them in the game? :s I've tried rename 'em ".dat" - but it didn't work :\ Am I the only one having problem with this :s someone, help. tnx. can you please, whoever knows how to figure this out - tell me...
