BAT - Troubleshooting & General Discussion

I know the above image is from the LE, rather than the BAT, but I think it better illustrates my problem. I am trying to get part of the stadium to rest below ground level, so that the red line running around the risers is flush with the ground. I'm new to this, so I don't know if it is possible or not. Perhaps one of you can enlighten me? -
The Old Michigan Central Station IS on the exchange.
