    yes... it is Monterrey, Mexico. Up in the north of the city... Avenues Sendero and Universidad... Between San Nicolas de los Garza and Escobedo districts... this interchange is a Level one... a whole lot of street lights XD... the government is trying to make a full interchange at this point... I was trying to make a pencil sketch of it... but it is really hard...

    I use a concept... for example... Metallica songs... I name my cities "master of puppets", "blackened", "Sandman", etc etc etc... or... what ever is near me... for example "coke can", or "USB cable" or whatever's on TV at the moment... for example a comercial "burger king" or what ever...

    I'd say Brussels... since it is the capital of the European Congress... it can be a perfect world capital... Im mexican... but... mexico city is a really bad option...

    use the on top mass transit lots... where you can put a subway station where you laid an avenue or a road already... instead of placing them beside the avenue... there's something you can download from the STEX about this... the version 3.5 I believe
