 I think some apartment buildings would give it that nice downtown feel. So, B.

That airport looks great, very realistic! Nice to see you got the azimuths correct on the runways.  It will be very interesting to see how this war goes. You have NB's support as always!

 First off, great Cj update as usual. Second, the "general welfare projects for the Cultan Colony" worked fine for me. And I say, build the hotel, but leave the pond be! Also, @Mithrik, I thought that BAT was the church/chapel of the Air Force Academy of Colorado Springs.

 I sure hope that works out for Morgan, I can imagine it being turned into a bustling metropolis!  

 I vote for C, the swimming center. Also, are you sure you don't need any aircraft carriers? New Byzantia seems to have a surplus.

 Oh dear, I hope that tragic accident wasn't due to malfunctioning New Byzantian equiptment. Or poorly trained NB pilots. *hopes to avoid blame*
