but there is a rating requeiriment... make sure your whole city is happy with their education and hospitals, not the richest part only.

Most simetric and centred your city is, it's not good at all. It will keep overloading the transport system.

When i'm plopping, there's always a standard direction it will plop (north,in this case), except if there's a road around that spot. Well, i want to rotate while plopping because i won't be able to place roads at all, and i didn't find the controls of the game anywhere.

Well... It just increased C(either types)$$$ in my city, i don't want to keep with it but when i disable it it causes abandonment and a terrible dilapidation... You should know when to use it

My city is spending too much money. I been taking loans but i still can't make the income higher the outcome. I demolited the whole public transport, which was useless at all. Now what should i do? Can't cut costs from Hospitals and Schools anymore.

I just failed at making that city because i was using external cheats, so i was wasting money ^^ Whatever, i remade it, it profits $600 from a 4.000 city.. I think that is good for awhile..

zwabberaar: I'm going to take a look again then. writingliberty: They're in the center of city and i'm not using avenues. villagemayor: If i reduce schools or hospitals costs even more their rate will fall. But i think some of overload might not hurt.

Check why those depressions are happening and get the cheapest way to fix it. Try to cut costs (Don't do that with water system) of whatever is wasting: Schools, Hospitals, and PowerPlants. Then see if the trafic system is alright. Things might be placed in a way that waste them.
