well, without neighbor connections, or connected but only to Sim Nation, these are the statistics when you're starting a new region...for me, it was 6000 and something, with no dilapidation... it's kinda hard to play, and it will never be a beautiful city... -
Excellent, love the highway, the variety of the buildings, the whole Downtown...everything is perfect

Last Update!!! Brighton is my first CJ, I planned 5 updates, so basically this is it...the end The town has reached it's limits. 2010 may 9: Residential: 13.457 Commercial: 5600 Industrial (water treatment plant, power stations): 160, agriculture: 11 2010 may 9, the colored Tower of City Hall: Due to low land prices, Mayor decided to transfer the much needed money from the city's reserves into the account of famous engineer Lola Duff, to finally renovate Brighton Park. The fairly new mixed use borough of Brighton: And that's it... No more updates. Another CJ coming soon, stay tuned... And thank you for all the replies, and comments. See you...

2008 august 25, construction starts at the site of as what will be known as Downtown Brighton in a year. Two months had passed since construction started, residents living close by filled out a complaint about the noise, and requested mayor to either cancel the project, or finish it in another 6 months. City council decided, canceling the project would make Brighton's shaky economy to plummet even more...so they requested workers from neighbouring town of Lakeshore to help them finish the district as soon as possible, or maybe even before deadline. 2008 september 30, thick layer of fog laid upon the city, making construction even more difficult, with already 9 days behind deadline, architects worry that the 67.5 million project won't finish in time. But they were wrong, City Hall, Brighton Shopping Center and 7 other commercial buildings were opened on the day of 06 march 2009. Brighton's Independence Statue on The White Square: Brighton today, taken from mayor's chopper: Stay tuned, as tomorrow Brighton develops a new residential area, and first bus stop revealed to the public...

2007 may 6: Population hits 10.000, neighbouring city of Lakeshore requested a bridge to be built, so that trades can be made between the two cities. Lakeshore having a highly developed industrial district, and a low developed commercial sector, asked Mayor Bradshaw to make a road connection as soon as possible. As seen, the bridge has been built, just east of Brighton... A close up: Mayor builds City Council and, make new decisions about building a brand new downtown: The proposed, and approved commercial district, also known as Brighton Downtown is now going to be built in the area below: Stay tuned as tomorrow Downtown is revealed, with a brand new City Hall...

First I must say that all of you did an exceptional job, those screenshots amazing. Here is one of my skyscraper districts:

I made some pretty fun plazas, and wanted to share them on STEX, but every time I tried, it said, an error occurred, and because of this, I can't upload anything...Why is that? My other question would be, how can I attach pictures here (screenshots)?, on the forum, in a new topic. i found an older answer, but when I clicked on the link, an error occurred, as usual, (happens a lot with me...), and couldn't find an answer. Help!!!

I use the dark night mod, (as many of you, as I've seen), the one from Gizmo's site, and I was wondering, can anyone make a lamppost/lightcone replacement, that replaces the original light into a bigger light which covers a larger area, like Stadium reflectors, same lampposts, but stronger lighting, so that I can see that road/avenue in the night... Just wondering...
