    A rather basic mod. The gambling ordinance should provide income based on population (hence the number of gambling establishments), and it should definitely increase crime. The mod does what it's meant to - gives you free money, but I don't think we should waste a potentially beneficial ordinance to do that. 3/5.

    Very good, very creative, but still not good enough. There are far too many trucks (If every truck in the region is in the landfill, who's collecting the garbage ?). Also is it possible to pile the garbage on hills and have the trucks on the clear land between them ?
