    I've been trying to use the methods suggested and described by all, going to the Sims City 4 manual as well, and have yet to break into the program need to get the 'cheat' tools to function. Got as far as the grey data input bar in the upper-left hand corner to type in 'moolah' and numbers + enter... then nothing happens or is changed. Will try this download and see if I can blend the files together somehow so it will be in the game program operations. I'll be back. Beebus
