    I agree with Mr.b. the textures do look a little brite, but I cannot resist anything asian. I enjoy the different style asian influenced buildings and props on the STEX as of lately. 10/10

    at first I thought this said "skate park" and I was really excited. "state park" makes much more sense, sice it is so large. I like it, keep trying new things. :) 8/10

    not enough pools. I like at least 5 pools per a mansion. I like the big estate, but the props are oddly placed on the lot. I think the lot needs a backyard, I dunno if I would like my jacuzzi by the entrance gate to my house. Good work modeling and bating. 8/10

    Great idea, poor execution. I do not understand why "no road connection" symbols pop up when the parking lot is not touching a road. That should not be the case, as it nullifies the user

    The building looks beautiful and the nightlights are masterfully done. The lot that the building is sitting on though, looks like it may need a little work. The grounds surrounding the building, looks like a myriad of triangles and other shapes haphazardly placed, to create a plaza and grass effect. Simply put, the building is too attractive for the lot. Regardless of the lot, this is one of the most well detailed buildings I have seen. 9/10

    I love the detail around the base of the lot and the night lights, great work. I love the palm trees surrounding the building. The building will look great in coastal cities. 10/10
