I downloaded the Simpeg Seaport and all the required dependencies. Yet when I plop the seaport get what you see below. Someone said they had the same problem at the SimCity 4 subreddit and they fixed it by rearranging their plugins folder. However, they didn't say exactly how they rearranged their folder. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Things like this make me so angry. For one thing the cat advertised is part wild animal so I doubt it will have good temperament for a house cat. Furthermore millions of cats (and dogs too) are KILLED by animal shelters in the U.S. every year simply because there aren't enough homes for them. Can't people just settle for a friendly tabby cat?
