I wish there was more sympathy for those who have let their plugin folders fall into disarray due to time and real life circumstances. There should be a plugin file share with out all the user content permission mumbo jumbo. Just share the entire folder so people with limited time can actually play without spending an eternity downloading individual file after file. In the interest of posterity. See what I mean?

try developing a city far away in the region but that you can "trade" with. It will probably spur development in your main city. when you are ready you can slowly replace the far away city with next door "expansion" cities and eventually delete the far away city altogether if you don't like it.

I will never forget the dream that was sim city 5. No bugs, no grid, custom content access by design (unlocked), legit commuting calculation, more transit options, improved flora, less Sims like character development (save it for the Sims series) and more CITY BUILDING! These things are what we originally wanted out of a new sim city game, and they are still and forever what we (myself and most of the other ancients) want.

Could anyone please do a version of he maxis castle walls with transparent bases, diagonals, bends, transit enabled gates & that sort of thing? It would make the game playable again for me. I like to build ancient cities and then slowly introduce them to the "future". Please. Thanks
