That is one thing that really annoys me about developers they never think about how disabled people may have trouble playing the games. the devs must think it is only non disabled people that play video games.

They understood none of it. And it is clear they never learn from the SCS debacle so why would they listen to us now. What they need to do is take the stupid DRM out which is harming sales and then let the modders fix up the game this something EA isn't capable of doing. EA will never bring the game up to the standard of SC4.

How is it Will Wright fault? By no means am i defending him.

He is still inloved with EA because EA have shares in his company. It isnt Will Wright fault it is EA.

It isnt Paradox that listen to the customers it is CO devs and they have done this from day one when they first launch CIM.

All Maxis have to do is come to STEAM. Isn't Valve a bit overrated? I mean, Gabe is a great CEO, but he's not the miracle man the internet perceived him as. I wished Valve would take over EA.

I dont know but it is annoying. Maxis and EA should know better than to spam forums.

I am also thinking of buying Cities XL Platinum. Is the Platinum edition compatibale with Cities XL 2012 mods.

That I'm not so sure on, the next CEO really has to focus on sorting out EA's public image and start gaining more sales. Their profits within the last 4 years have decreased quite a lot. Or that may just be optimism The public image is something that EA has never cared about and there is no question this has done damage to them but they dont seem to care. Everywhere you look on the net there are bad comments about EA and web sites dedicated to how bad EA are. When EA put them selves up for sale you know then that the management team have run out of ideas on how to salvage the company. Intrestingly no other company has come running to buy EA out. And i guess the reason why is what ever company who may show intrest in buying EA is buying a company that has a very bad reputation and is the worst company in America. At this point EA is really untrractive to any company to buy out. EA in its current form is un saleable.

Simtropolis shouldnt be seen as endorsing this game.

So did SCS and look what happen to that it failed miserably. This was aimed at the casual gamers and the gamers that played the Sims. It is the same with SC13 execpt the take up rate of SC13 is slightly better than SCS but it will never beat SC4 in sales.

While it maybe high in sales it is the shelf life that is important. And in ten years time SC13 wont be around and SC4 will still be around. It is a bit like MSTS it is still around despite the competition from Rail Works and the reason being is the mods and the community that supports it.

Something tells me EA will do a backflip on the online DRM very soon they have done this before in the past. Didnt Lucy Bradshaw work for Chris Sawyer many years ago.

I would love to see valve take over EA. Or perhaps 2K. However i dont think any company wants EA since they are the worst company in America. Who ever takes over EA has a lot of work to do to repair the damage with gamers.

I said this a long time ago that SC2013 would be a flop just like SCS. So when does the SC2013 officially become a flop and is this based on sales figures which are not entirely accurate.

whether You cant just based that on sales figures. It is whether people will play it once and then put it on the shelf and never play it again. Spore was a flop yes it sold heaps of copies but it was still a flop as most people played the game only once and put it on the shelf never to be played again and this would have affected the sales of the expansions.

Now i know why TM didnt do Sim City this time. They knew what would happen which is why Maxis was ressurected by EA.

EA does have shares in the stupid fun club that Will wright heads. So i guess he would have to say it is a good game though his personal opinion maybe diffrent. He was behind SimGolf, wasn't he? Yes with his company Firaxis in a joint venture with Maxis and Will Wright.

While Will Wright is pretty much irrelevant in the gaming world these days. The only person left is Sid meier holding the PC mantel. It would be nice if Sid did a building game.

The only way EA will ever listen is if people stop buying there games. I havent purchased SC13 and i dont intend to.

LOL Maxi spin doctors at work. They reckon the game is a solid hit i doubt it though. This game will be a flop.

You would think EA would have learned from UBI. I still think it will be a flop like SCS the audience they are trying to attract wont be interested just like SCS.
