no worries, I thought i wld be able to use the standard query mod, but have the nybt stuff appear if I clicked on one of their buildings, but sounds like that isnt possible. No problem, thanks again for your help.- 2,347 Replies

yes sorry, to clarify, the NYBT query UI would come up on every building I queried, including non-NYBT and commercial etc which I found odd, but it now sounds like this is not the intended behaviour. For now, to restore the equinox mod, I found the NYBT query UI bits in the NYBT essential dependency plugin folder, and moved it out of there. (assuming this breaks querying nybt buildings but didnt check that yet). when I have a chance I will put it back into the plugins folder and reproduce with a screenshot. thanks for your response.- 2,347 Replies

hi not sure if the right place to post this but I installed about 7 of the nybt bats and theyre great, however I also previously used the rci query mod () and it seems after installing all of the nybt stuff, something has taken over the query mod so it doesnt display its data, and instead it shows an nybt logo and nybt bat team icon whenever I query anything. The cap info from the rci query doesnt display. would anyone be able to explain why this might occur and how to restore the rci query while using the nybt buildings ? thanks- 2,347 Replies

I had a section of a city powered up fine, I accidently disconnected a power line to this part of the city, I then reconnected the powerline but after years of game time the power hasnt returned to a certain section that curls around. There is certainly enough power to supply the demand. Im stumped, Ive tried putting power plants next to the zones and they dont power up, restarting the game doesnt fix it....has anyone seen this ?? Any ideas ?? thanks

the window option was a real handy one - unfortunately for me when i use it i find the screen (for lack of a better description) jumping a bit which makes it unusable. Im using vista though. anyone seen this ?

ha great advice spinmaster ! i wonder if I could use it to put the airport (since its currently taking up a big chunk of valuable space in this tile)

10000 years ? ah well only 9500 to go... I thought it might be more realistic and interesting to cover the zone with trees and allow the city to grow around the blast site and then eventually redevelop it, rather than just quit without saving - although had I known it was 10000 years then may have ditched that idea... its no big deal though its just one tile in a region so ill get over it. thanks for the responses.

Im sure this has been answered here before, but the search facility seems to think "radiation" is an ignored word... Anyway - I have a city where a nuclear plant blew up leaving a large uninhabitable area - the msg i got at the time said something along the lines of "it will take many years before the area is inhabitable again" After approx 500 years of in game time I still have the radiation in that area - anyone know long it takes to go away (or if it does at all) ?? thanks
