The Gizmonic Institute is a facility dedicated to inventors of all kinds. An inventor by the name of Dr. Clayton Forrester became jealous of Joel Hodgson, the institute's janitor, for being a better inventor. So how did Dr. Forrester get his revenge on Joel? By shooting him into space and forcing him to watch the worst movies ever made. Once Dr. Forrester finds the movie that breaks Joel's will, he will unleash upon the world, causing us all to bow down and worship him. This building is dedicated to all of the MSTies (fans of the show Mystery Science Theater 3000) out there. You can find the institute listed under your education menu. It has the same effects as a college. Be careful where you place it though. It does give off radiation from the atomic pile down in Deep 13.

This is another building located on the lakeshore of downtown Milwaukee. It is called the Kilbourn Tower. It a high wealth tower, which I lived next to during construction. It was completed in May 2005. It is not ploppable, you have to wait for it to come up.

If you have a cemetary or two in your city, you may need the services of these guys. I have been drawing this building since I was a child. You can find it under your police menu. It will greatly improve the security in your city from the things that go bump in the night. It has one car (of course). I have a BAT version that includes an animated Mr. Stay Puft walking out of the firehouse and down the street, but I couldn't figure out how to extract it into the game. I know I need the I-Live reader and the Fishman. I tried following the tutorial but I got lost. So if anybody has a simpler way, just let me know.

This is a historic pumping station located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is called the North Point Water Tower. It is my first creation using the B.A.T. I set it up to greatly improve the water production in your cities.
