    I humbly request buildings of Friendenreich Hundertwasser be constructed, especially: Church of Saint Barbara, Baernbach District Heating Plan Spittelau, Wien Hundertwasser House, Wien Photos from http://www.kunsthauswien.com . These, I suspect, won't be easy to construct... but they certainly would be impressive in SC4. TIA.

    It hard to determine from this picture exactly were the lot starts and ends... but looks too rich for poor areas.

    A good idea and decent implementation. Suggest you position the fence on the left side of the lot to the right side of the parking. Maybe turn the arena so that be parking is behind the stands. Parking on dirt or grass would be nice.
