Welcome back to TOKYO 4.0. It's been a while, but I made some time for SC4. Here's a little something I've been wanting to do for a while. A re-creation of the area around Tokyo Tower. I intend to do this area for a while.

Below, the same area during the day. I hate how this part of Tokyo had to be at the border between two city tiles, but there was no other way for me to do this. Oh well, can't win them all.

Below: some residential area, oop right hand traffic? how did that happen?

Well its been a while since I touched SC4, but it was fun. Hope to be able to play some more later this week:)
