Welcome_back_to_Leonhartia!

Yes, it has been awhile, but it's great to be back! With school out, you'd think I could update more. Well, who knows? But enough talk, more pictures!

The new barracks is almost ready, expect to see it soon. Those statues, on the other hand, you may have to wait awhile for, sorry!

Let's take a trip back to Jessilina. Remember that little town? It only has two little fresh water ponds for drinking water in the town itself. As its population increased, so did the demand for water. Which is why an aqueduct was built to supply the town with water from the river that flows through the mountains.

Following the aqueducts.

The aqueduct then ends in a stone pond, built to retain the water.

Finally, a few shots of the town.

The aqueducts look great, though if anything, some of the cliffs around it look a bit too steep. I remember downloading these aqueducts some time ago, but I've never go around to using them - now I might have to.
The stone bridge in the last two pictures also looks quite Roman, where did you get it from?

"Insquequo tunc tempore" - "Until then at the time" - kinda confusing what it means, is it supposed to be "until next time"? Perhaps a better Latin translation would be "quoadusque tempus proximus veniat" (Until the next time comes) - with a nice temporal subjunctive in there!  Then again, my Latin could be a bit dodgy...

My dictionary also says that insquequo is medieval Latin (these being ancient Romans and all), but that's probably getting a bit too pedantic...

Looking forward to some more updates! The town will have to expand to make use of its fancy new water supply.

Replies,

Blue Lightning - ZOMG Thanks!! I sure hope you love them, took a lot of time/work they did!

CHR - I got a little sloppy on the cliffs, I'll admit. I'm not the greatest with terraforming. That stone bridge I believe I found on the LEX, let me go search real quick... Here it is! I'm told I haven't downloaded it before, so it may be on the Stex as well. As for the Latin translation...blame Blue Lightning!! He told me it was right!! It's his fault!! It may be medieval Latin, but I'm feeling lazy and you will hopefully be the only one to notice.

Zelly - Then my work here is done.
