The Texture is just the Rural Highway Modd, i think it is the old version though, and thanks for the comments guys

May I ask as well where to get this power plant and where to get this warehouse in the upper right corner of the 2nd picture (with the blue roof). The update itself looks so typically Asian, I really love this layout of the roads, very inspiring!
