Everglade, a small farming community in Maine, currently isolated from the outside world. In order to grow, Everglade needs to be

connected with it.

The town of Everglade is a quiet place. Consisting of only 87 current residents. Everglade is a town were everybody knows eachother

Some people in Everglade wanted it to grow.... become...... a metropolis!

However, the first step to becoming a big city is to be connected with other cities. Currently, Everglade is a lone city on a

desolate plane, with only accsess being a boat the travels by once a month. But the town planner came up with an idea. A small

ferry pontoon. This would ensure that the boat will come and go every day, opening trade with other New England Coastal cities.

However, the town did not have the funds needed to build this, were would they get it?

Then it was solved, a man named Mr.Jones recently took a trip to Providence, while therehe tride somthin no one from Everglade has ever hered of, the Lottory!! Mr. Jones did'nt win the jack pot, however he won a minor prize, $60,000, (which neverlest is a HUGE ammount of money for this small town.) Mr. Jones had family in Providence, and he wanted to see them more oftem, so Mr. Jones decided to donate the money to the town so they can build the pontoon. the plans were immeditly drafted. It consisted of the pontoon, a small strech of road, and also a small park.

In about a month the pontoon was finished, and so was the park. The citezens of Everglade loved the park, and Mr. Jones was

given "free ferry rides for life", and started visiting his family in Providence once a month.

The ferry pontoon drawed alot of buisness from hippie torists wanting to enjoy prestien mother nature, as mush of the region was untouched by man, some not even mapped yet. Some of those hippies decided to move to Everglade. Which led to the largest development in Everglade history! 5 houses were built in one month!..... 5!!!!! Its obvious that Everglade will soon become a great city.

I like the windmill! is it a source of water, or power? Whichever, its a great way to disguise how your little town gets its energy or water needs!

I believe the water tower might be from the Peg MTP Water Utilities or something like that...

* sniff sniff * Ah the smell of a new town.
It's been a loooooong time since I smelled that.  Kinda miss it but I'm too committed to Boston to start again now.
Look forward to seeing where you go with this.
