Hollywood is a city in Broward County, Florida, United States. As of July 1, 2008, the population estimated by the U.S. Census Bureau is 141,740. Founded in 1925, the city grew rapidly in the 1950s and 1960s, and is now the twelfth largest city in Florida. Hollywood is a Principal City of the South Florida metropolitan area, which is home to 5,413,212 people. The USA Network television series Burn Notice is filmed in this city.

Hollywood is the furthest suburb to the north. It serves as a retail city, and a lush suburb for those rich sims. The city first saw development in the early 1970's when Wal-Mart built on the corner of Hollywood Blvd. and Coral Blvd. The city has plans to build a studio, and a few new recording studios.

You made it look like a little town on 1 main street... More houses, but mostly lots of medium density commercial.

I like your row commercial though, well done.

It would be nice to demolish the avenue and replace it with two one way roads with a tile space in the center so you can put trees and a bit more apartments.
