Palm Springs North is a census-designated place (CDP) in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The population was 5,460 at the 2000 census.

Palm Springs Estates

Park Hills Estates

The first park built in the middle of the subdivision giving the subdivision its name.

Palm Springs High School and Palm Springs Elementary School. 

Palm Springs H.S. has a 5 time sectional winning cross country team, and a 4 time sectional winning track team. The basketball team has won 10 state championships and the football team has made it to the playoffs 8 times. The tennis team is the 2nd best in the Miami region, and the Soccer team has won 3 championships.  With just over 2,000 students the High school is one of the smaller public high schools in the miami area. It is by far the best school for sports.

Palm Springs E.S. has just over 450 students, and is slowly rising.

Well these new updates look better than before but your still missing that Tropical Miami Spice. Where are the oceanic hotels this looks more like miami during the early 50's and 40's. I suggest that you use a new terrain texture modd and use the tropical water modd i think its by peaguses, instead of using the default one from maxis. Keep up the good work tho its getting there.
