Bad weather continues...
The village council has decided how to spend their small surplus. The votes came in, and overwhelingly education was the winner by two votes to none!
The new elementary school was built beside the village's only church.
Again the weather turns bad and farms are getting more rain then they asked for.
Residents are concerned that the pond at the end of the river wont be so small if all this rain continues.
The village council saved its pennies and bought some of the nearby farm so main street could be extended. This allowed for more development.
The Rogers family was able to buy a second farm with the sale of part of their first farm.
The relentless rain caused a pond to form in the middle of the forest near the village center.
The farmers and residents are concerened that all this wet weather might have disasterous results on Cantondale.
The clouds break long enough for a pilot to snap this bird's eye view.
Word has spread that a new village has been found close by. With this news the farmers want a rail line built to increase the speed at which they can bring their crops to market. The residents near the village center want measure taken to ensure their new homes will not be washed out when the next heavy rains come, and when the new pond expands.
