Good job, but Little Rock population is 1.500.000 of inhabitants, with the downtown and all it's realistic but if you look the first city you show us, (pop. 800.000 of inhabitants) the downtown is very very very bigger and the pop is smaller, so you should re-do this part to increase your cj!

Nice regional veiw and subburbs :)

Keep planting trees like you are! To many CJ's don't have trees in those awkward spaces
