New Highway Phase 2
When we last visited Fairway, Phase 1 of the new Loop project was finishing up and phase 2 was being designed. Phase 2 is now complete!
Here is the building site for Phase 2:
Site work has begun, which includes a lot of property acquisition and removing of buildings and surface streets.
Start of construction:
Several months later, its starting to look like an interchange! There was some directional changes to the existing route, drivers will be confused at first.
Working on final conncetions:
Here is "Mini Beast" complete and finally open to traffic! If you noticed, a new development has taken shape on the waterfront!! More on that later, lets just say it should put Fairway on the map!
