North Shore

To the north of the major centers along the river delta, North Shore is a commuter community for many.

It also is the playground of many sims, of all wealth levels.

I started this city focused on getting the amusement park in place and close to transit systems.

Not surprisingly, the ample transit made the area idea for RES.

So consequently...where I intended the transit lines to bring tourists and holiday goers to North Shore...Most of the citizens of North Shore leave to go to work.  Go Figure.

But North Shore is not just a bedroom community.

To keep the population growing, especially on the northern end of the map, I had to expand a commercial center, which grew into a modest main drag.

Couple of Golf Courses and a Science University located here.

Not in love with this city, but it's not terrible either.

Really wish I could get away from the high rises here, but when I take too many away, I run out of jobs.

Ah, game mechanics.
