I recently revamped the Marina. It now has the region's largest skyscraper complex. It's inspired by Dubai Marina (https://goo.gl/maps/ntXkXzNg81fn1eRV6). It crazily changes the quad (Point Zeroes, Marina, and Waterville) commercial population to around 75,000, up from 15,000.
