The Going to Other districts of Timbuktu City are now officially developed. Why? Because they achieved >120 EQ and >90 years of life expectancy. They're also going to reach $40 GDP per capita. Sure, Timbuktu City for now can be also considered developed. But, Timbuktu City is expanding and this may cause data distortion. So, we aren't ready to say that the city is developed, at least yet. Here are some achievement by the districts.

Not only those districts are developed, Edge Industrial District is also developed, though not as much as those districts.
