After the changes of the border, The Mayor Who Ruled That City is officially the mayor of the city. He then changed the landscape to like this:

Districts

There are 4 new districts.

North Going to Other

This is a district by the water and the entrance to other city. Well, not really, at least directly. Because, the actual border of Timbuktu City isn't rectangular, but follows the terrain features. In this case, Rockmount range. The range is so long that it's truncated by the map. Sorry for what SC4 doing.

South Going to Other

This is a district near the entrance to other city, again not directly.

Edge Industrial District

This was the first industrial area. It contains a gas-powered power complex, water plant, and garbage center right next to the national park border. It also contains the same-class port with Defacto Port and Prof Smart Port. The growth of the middle class forced the management of the district to depollute the district and now only allows clean industries with high-tech industries planned.

Industrious Hills

This was the second industrial area around the Rockmount National Park. This was created in response of depollution of Edge Industrial District. This contains dirty industries and dirty manufacturing thanks to IRM.

Rockmount National Park

The first national park in not just the city but also the region. This was signed by The Mayor Who Ruled the City to conserve the nature. However, this decision is in ongoing debate due to the decision to make a high-end residence near the park. Though one has suggested to build the residence in a reclaimed island near the Going to Other districts.
