35 years without government. More fires, less education, shorter lives, lower population, yadda yadda yadda. I would have expected a more dramatic change, but it seems that things get worse little by little (except for that time when half the dirty industry burned up)

its probably just as well you kept the power and water from memory if you cut off the maintenance to both then you get fires from the power lines shorting out and destroyed roads from the water pipes bursting
