30 Year Update - The Few, The Unhealthy and The Uneducated
After 30 years without government, Kuzcek is an urban explorer's paradise - but urban explorers, and everyone else for that matter, would not want to live there. With population now at less than half of what it was before the government shutdown, Kuzcek is more abandoned than anything else. The streets are covered in garbage and potholes (and would, in real life after 30 years without maintenance, probably be little more than grassy paths). Crime remains rampant, although only one arson was recorded during the past five year period. I have no idea how 17,872 hardy Sims are still hanging in there, or rather probably saving up their Simoleons to move out. I'm also not sure how mayor rating is still positive.
