Standard maxis graveyard. I've started using more open spaces to create a realistic scene. I used to zone every square of every city to try and make it as big as possible. I'm steering away from that. Meterie-Apr. 24, 3521553827303.png

I like to use the Street Add-on Mod (Sam) to create large parking lots for buildings that don't come with parking lots.

Sims really like this building. They are always standing on the sidewalk admiring it.

Heavy dirty industries beside skyscraper make business abandoned the some buildings beside in black probably; poluting industry and business - residential close won´t work. Mattb325 Urban FAR 3 Urban church, worshipers meka, obviously a crowded animation will be there to mark this special place, well done Mattb325 !

Sugest you use  Minimize button remover to hide the GUI making clean shots. Numlock will restore the GUI !

It's a really nice scene you have here! And from the looks of the GUI mini map, it seems this is a chiefly industrial city. Do you plan to redevelop it?

In this particular town, I've been rezoning the industrial areas into commercial as the population grows. I'm considering opening up a new residential area in the north-east corner.
