Kištu-1986 (After the communism) - "Construction Time Again"
July.
Since the last issue, it has been found suitable areas for construction of new microdistricts, and even managed to quickly start the construction. In Medla, almost all houses are built, in Ackley and Opila construction is also almost completed. We will return to them in September, by that time, there the construction will be fully completed. Now for your attention I will represent other new microdistricts.

Rialu (in the North) and Liloāna (in the South) near the Ziėkālps-Piėtiu (Ziėkālps-Southern) built in 1978:
Instead of building tram lines, it has been decided to build bus stops for now: it will allow in the future to determine by actual traffic the need for a tram line to a certain microdistrict, and also where and how it will pass.

My favourite album, which can approach the topic and fit for then time: although it was created in the summer of 1983, I think it can be suitable for 1986.
