Shady indeed:-) !  (no parking for the strip of strip-clubs and such ?) I suppose space is at a premium, so everything is densely packed together ; if any thought of urban renewal there, think of giving the buildings some space to breathe ?:-)

That is one cool island/peninsula. It's interesting how the buildings are similar in size and very gradually rise up in height but there's still a nice variance in styles, good work.

Very nicely themed  city with appropiate lot´s, bat´s and props, well done !

Reminds me of Vancouver! Love the big boulevards.

I  like the layout! The only thing that seems to be missing is traffic on your roads. Echoing everyone else, nice job overall though!
