Iiit's (finally) update time!

The cleanup of the southside is nearly complete.. all that's left are two buildings, which I'll be showing you next update. Both will be prominently placed in an expanded park along the river valley. Much will be changing on the south side! But you'll just have to wait and see!

Since the old Arbordale Stadium was destroyed in the blaze, the team plans to construct a new, larger facility on the spot of the old one. This is the current plan pitched to the city (worry not.. it will be completely privately funded. ). Design plans could change.

And, just for the heck of it (and because an update just wouldn't be an update without a 'just for the heck of it' shot), here's a shot of some of the major deconstruction that was going on. Like I said earlier, it's nearly complete.. all that's left is dirt, dirt, dirt and a few scattered buildings.
