This is a weird one! I can't tell if it's wood in the door area or if it's metal roll-up doors. That's what gives me the commercial feel - the store hasn't opened yet. Is there even a door up the stairs? Doesn't look like it to me.

Anyways a bit of garden out back would make sense. Improving the ACI would be very good I'd say.
