QduvICK.jpgWould a rich guy live in a 7x7m house? It looks horribly out of scale!

Default Stats

  • Zone: Residential Low-density
  • Level: 4 (high-wealth cims)
  • Lot size: 1x1 (can expand to 1x4)

Improved Asset

I changed the colours. The default ones looked a bit too lush.

5) Suggestions for improvement:

With 2½ floors it's somewhere around the 100m2, which is ok. It would make more sense as a larger house for sure. And I really hate the automatic floors - they look off compared to the architecture of the house. As is a better illumination map would help. I also suggest pavement and a dumpter instead of the bush to give it a more urban feel

There is a bigger version of this asset that is slightly scaled up. I guess I would just ban this one.

Medium density, 2 R$$ or 3 R$ households. Capitalist or Communist nations, forms clusters but clusters are rare. R$$ have yards, R$ do not.

The windows are too large for low-wealth residential.

2 R$$ households: 2 or 3 tiles deep, same diffuse and props, tree in back yard

3 R$ households: 1x1 tile, 2 rows of Windows per floor, removed pottery & plants, satellite dishes switched with antennae.

All versions: fix (increase) floor height.
