Glad to see your presentations have improved. I like the city! Still a few abandoned buildings and my suspicion is that in the desire to put together a city journal entry some of these buildings are plopped. Being so, the jobs they provide and demand they consume need some more managed attention. Once you've balanced the demand/development of your city you can alleviate the eyesores and clean-up your presentations even more.  It's my opinion that city journals should not only showcase the creator's authenticity and prerogative toward development and aesthetic presentation, but a basic mastery of the underlying components of the city simulation that is at the heart of the game.

Economic model of the simulation do take time to handle. NAM isn´t used so for these skills can not yet be counted on. Eventualy the grid  in town won´t be visible, outside it will so there you should use the G key, wich I see you using it in some pictures, great !
