2. A Hamlet is Born.
So here we are with the first residents moving in. We have a sprawling suburban area flowing to the bay and a nice small timber outpost sitting by the highway far above the residential zones.

The forestry commission. I really enjoy the spiral effect the dirt road has along side the tiering, it gives a really good aesthetic I feel.
