Livin' in the Ghetto
Every city has its perks. Illustrious downtowns, cultured historic neighborhoods, and plenty of nice residential areas. But while this is true, every city also has its downsides. Pollutive industrial centers, impovershed residential areas, and crime rates through the roof. Saturnia happens to have some of the latter. Let's take a look.
South of the Concord River is the Kerrytown neighborhood, which unfortunately ranks among the poorest neighborhoods in the nation.

This is the neighborhood. Consists largely of rowhomes and small side streets. It's not near anything, aside from a railroad station, but you'd best skip it.

Kerrytown is also part of Saturnia's industrial center, making it one of the more polluted areas of the city.

Side streets like this are a common site. Before this area became so bad, these were home to many families.

This is a common strip mall. This place is known to get robbed frequently, making the Saturnia Police Department a frequent visitor.
Despite this being a very poor neighborhood, the people living in here can know each other and treat each other like family. It proves that no matter the neighborhood, you'll find light in it if you look.
